*The first two participants to register from each NGO are eligible to apply for a refund of their registration fee. The reimbursement will be processed after the registrant completes the conference. NO financial assistance will be provided for participants other than limited support for degree-students presenting posters (see posters page for details).

The HHL Conference does not provide additional assistance to attendees to book accommodations or transportation. For information on Accommodations booking and Transportation in Atlanta, please visit the “Accommodations” or “Area Information” pages.

**For participants traveling from abroad who will be applying for a B-1/B-2 Temporary Business Traveler Visa to attend the conference, the organizers will provide a letter of invitation confirming your attendance once you have completed your payment online. Please send receipt of payment and letter request to msmithgall@isye.gatech.edu.
